Our Origin & Legacy
USR Law & Associates was founded in 2008 by Adv. Rahul Sharma, a committed legal professional practicing before the Rajasthan High Court. With a clear vision to establish a values-driven legal practice, he laid the cornerstone of what has become one of Rajasthan’s most trusted law offices.

The firm was further strengthened under the leadership of his elder brother, Adv. Uma Shanker Rahul, a renowned legal practitioner and Former State Commissioner under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. During his tenure as Commissioner, he delivered 1100+ landmark decisions across Rajasthan’s civil courts — creatively using the powers under RPWD Act to protect the rights and dignity of persons with disabilities in a wide range of civil, service, education, and land matters.

The united efforts and legal vision of both founding brothers laid a unique foundation — combining judicial excellence, compassionate service, and systemic impact.
